Peduli pada dunia pendidikan, PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk (WIKA Beton) kerap didapuk menjadi pembicara di berbagai forum besar. Salah satunya, baru saja WIKA Beton diminta untuk menjadi pemateri Kuliah Umum di hadapan para mahasiswa Departemen Teknik Sipil dan Lingkungan, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Gadjah Mada di Yogyakarta pada Kamis (13/6). Pada kesempatan ini, WIKA Beton yang diwakili oleh Direktur Teknik & Produksi Bapak Verly Widiantoro hadir pada agenda yang bertemakan “Innovation in Construction Technology”.
Di dalam kuliah tersebut, Bapak Verly memperkenalkan secara dalam mengenai industri beton tanah air secara umum serta kiprah WIKA Beton sebagai perusahaan pemberi solusi industri beton kepada para mahasiswa. Tak hanya itu, Bapak Verly juga mengangkat topik lain mengenai “Kewirausahaan dan Life Skill” sebagai bekal mahasiswa di masa mendatang.
Partisipasi jajaran direksi WIKA Beton pada kegiatan tersebut merupakan salah satu bentuk kepedulian WIKA Beton kepada kemajuan dunia pendidikan di Indonesia. Melalui agenda serupa, WIKA Beton juga berusaha untuk terus memperkuat hubungan dengan para akademisi di berbagai instansi pendidikan.
WIKA Beton’s Board of Directors Deliver Public Lecture at UGM

Most recently, WIKA Beton was invited to deliver a public lecture for students of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), Yogyakarta, on Thursday (June 13). Representing WIKA Beton, Mr. Verly Widiantoro, Director of Engineering & Production, spoke at the event themed “Innovation in Construction Technology.”
During the lecture, Mr. Verly provided an in-depth overview of Indonesia’s concrete industry and WIKA Beton’s role as a solution provider in the field. He also discussed additional topics on “Entrepreneurship and Life Skills,” equipping students with valuable insights for their future careers.
