The implementation of Good Corporate Governance refers to the Regulation of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises No. Per-01/MBU/2011 dated August 1, 2011, Jo. Regulation of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises No. Per-09/MBU/2012 dated July 6, 2012, concerning the Implementation of Good Corporate Governance in State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs). As a manifestation of the Company's commitment in implementing Good Corporate Governance and compliance with laws and regulations, a Board Manual is made that regulates the working relationship between the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners.
The Code of Corporate Governance becomes the basis and rules in the implementation and application of Good Corporate Governance for Shareholders, the Board of Commissioners, the Board of Directors, and all WIKA Beton employees.
