GCG Commitment

Since 2014, WIKA Beton has consistently conducted assessments of Good Corporate Governance (GCG Assessment) to determine the level of adequacy of GCG implementation in the Company, carried out by Independent Assessors. Additionally, the GCG Assessment aims to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the current GCG implementation in the Company, where recommendations and suggestions from the assessment results serve as areas for improvement that need to be addressed by the Company.

The GCG Assessment refers to the Decision of the Secretary of the Ministry of SOEs Number SK-16/S.MBU/2012 regarding Indicators/Parameters for Assessing and Assessing the Implementation of Good Corporate Governance in SOEs and is conducted in collaboration with and supported by all Company personnel. The implementation of Good Corporate Governance in the Company is becoming more extensive, with the GCG score experiencing a significant increase each year, as detailed below:
