The ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard is one of the initiatives of the ASEAN Capital Market Forum (ACMF) aimed at integrating the capital markets of the member countries of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).
The objectives of the ASEAN CG SCORECARD are to:
Enhance the standards and practices of corporate governance among publicly listed companies in ASEAN;
Increase global attractiveness for ASEAN publicly listed companies with good corporate governance, demonstrating to the global community that these companies are worthy of investment; and
Complement other ACMF initiatives and promote ASEAN as a group of high-quality assets.
To improve the implementation of Good Corporate Governance in the Company, WIKA Beton adopts the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard standard issued by the Indonesian Institute for Corporate Directorship in 2019.
