PT Wijaya Beton Tbk (WIKA Beton) menggelar rapat Management Review Pleno (MR Pleno) Triwulan IV 2024 pada hari Senin, 20 Januari 2025. Penyelenggaraan MR Pleno Triwulan IV 2024 WIKA Beton dilaksanakan di Jakarta dan dilanjutkan dengan agenda penandatanganan Rencana Kerja dan Anggaran Perusahaan (RKAP) Tahun 2025.
Acara ini dihadiri oleh Pimpinan seluruh Unit Kerja mulai dari Divisi Kantor Pusat, Pabrik Produksi Beton, Wilayah Penjualan, Unit Operasi dan Anak Perusahaan. MR Pleno ini dilakukan untuk meninjau kemajuan, mengevaluasi hasil kinerja tahun 2024, dan menyelaraskan strategi WIKA Beton dalam menghadapi tantangan bisnis di tahun 2025.
MR Pleno yang dimulai pukul 08.30 WIB ini diawali dengan arahan jajaran Direksi dan dilanjutkan presentasi unit kerja. Direktur Utama WIKA Beton, Kuntjara, memberikan apresiasi atas kinerja terbaik WIKA Beton di antara WIKA Group lainnya.
Setelah MR Pleno Triwulan IV 2024 dilaksanakan, seluruh jajaran Manajemen WIKA Beton dengan disaksikan oleh jajaran Direksi menandatangani dan mengesahkan RKAP seluruh unit kerja tahun 2025. Dokumen RKAP 2025 ini akan menjadi pedoman kerja dalam mencapai target profitabilitas dan strategi bisnis WIKA Beton ke depannya.
Optimizing 2025 Performance: WIKA Beton Holds Management Review Plenary and Signs 2025 Work Plan and Budget (RKAP)
Jakarta, 20 January 2025 – PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk (WIKA Beton) successfully conducted its Management Review Plenary (MR Plenary) meeting for the fourth quarter of 2024, followed by the signing of the Company’s Work Plan and Budget (RKAP) for 2025. The event took place in Jakarta and served as a pivotal moment in aligning strategies and operational goals for the upcoming year.
The meeting was attended by leaders from all work units, including representatives from the Head Office Division, Concrete Production Plants, Sales Areas, Operating Units, and Subsidiaries. The primary objective of this MR Plenary was to assess the progress and performance achievements of 2024, while aligning strategic initiatives to address the challenges and opportunities of 2025.
Starting at 08:30 AM WIB, the session commenced with strategic directives from the Board of Directors. This was followed by presentations from each work unit, which provided an in-depth evaluation of their respective 2024 outcomes and proposed approaches for the future. WIKA Beton’s President Director, Kuntjara, expressed his appreciation for the company’s excellent performance, highlighting its position as a leading entity within the WIKA Group.
Concluding the event, the RKAP for 2025 was formally signed and ratified by all levels of WIKA Beton’s management, witnessed by the Board of Directors. This document will serve as a comprehensive work guideline, outlining profitability targets and business strategies designed to propel WIKA Beton toward sustainable growth and operational excellence in 2025.
