Dalam rangka menyambut tahun baru 2024, PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk (WIKA Beton) menggelar agenda Kunjungan Awal Tahun 2024 yang digelar secara hybrid di Pabrik Produk Beton Bogor pada Rabu (3/1) pagi. Acara ini dihadiri langsung oleh Dewan Komisaris, Direksi, serta Tim Manajemen Unit Kerja dan Perusahaan Anak WIKA Beton yang berada di wilayah sekitar Jakarta hingga Majalengka, sementara untuk Tim Manajemen Unit Kerja yang berada di luar wilayah itu menghadiri agenda ini secara online.
Pada kesempatan ini, peserta undangan bisa melihat langsung aktivitas di pabrik serta mendengarkan paparan dari Manajer PPB Bogor WIKA Beton Hafizuddin mengenai perkembangan terbaru pabrik. Tak lupa, Komisaris Utama WIKA Beton Hermawan Dhewayanto serta Direktur Utama WIKA Beton Kuntjara juga menyampaikan evaluasi umum kinerja Perusahaan di tahun 2023 serta memberikan arahan untuk tahun 2024.
Unit Kerja yang bergabung secara online juga diberi kesempatan untuk menyampaikan harapan dan semangatnya untuk WIKA Beton di tahun 2024. Dengan adanya agenda ini, diharapkan seluruh tim manajemen WIKA Beton memiliki kesamaan pandangan dan juga semangat dalam menyongsong tahun baru, sehingga mampu menghasilkan kinerja terbaik bagi WIKA Beton ke depan.
Aligning Spirits, WIKA Beton Conducts 2024 New Year Visit to Bogor Precast Concrete Plant
In celebration of the new year, PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk (WIKA Beton) organized a 2024 New Year Visit on Wednesday morning (January 3). The hybrid event took place at the Bogor Precast Concrete Plant (PPB Bogor), attended in person by the Board of Commissioners, Directors, and management teams from WIKA Beton’s units and subsidiaries in Jakarta to Majalengka. Management teams from other regions participated virtually.
During the visit, attendees had the opportunity to observe the plant’s operations firsthand and listen to a presentation by Hafizuddin, Manager of PPB Bogor, detailing the plant’s latest developments. Additionally, Hermawan Dhewayanto, President Commissioner, and Kuntjara, President Director of WIKA Beton, delivered a performance evaluation for 2023 and shared strategic directions for 2024.
Virtual participants were also given the opportunity to express their aspirations and encouragement for WIKA Beton in 2024. The event aimed to align perspectives and enthusiasm among all management teams, fostering a unified approach to achieving outstanding performance in the coming year.
