The implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in all aspects of the company is a commitment of the management team of PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk (WIKA Beton). One of the efforts to maintain GCG implementation at WIKA Beton is to hold routine assessments every year. For this year, WIKA Beton carried out a self-assessment with a team of internal assessors armed with the Area of Improvement (AoI) GCG 2021 assessment with external assessors.
WIKA Beton then held the 2022 GCG Self-Assessment Exit Meeting on Thursday (9/3) which was attended by the board of commissioners, directors, division managers, assessor team, and GCG assessment team. On this occasion, the assessor team announced that WIKA Beton`s GCG assessment score for 2022 was 90.75 with the title "Very Good". This figure has increased from the 2021 GCG assessment score of 88,959 with the title "Very Good".
These results were obtained after going through the process of fulfilling evidence 566 FUK (Compliance Test Factors) by the PIC GCG assessment team for the past one year as well as the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) process with the assessor team.
This is proof that WIKA Beton adheres to and upholds the principles of Good Corporate Governance and ethical values in business in order to create a company that is healthy, strong, trustworthy, recognized and trusted by all Stakeholders in order to create high business competitiveness. sustainable.
