PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk (WIKA Beton) kembali menggelar agenda Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) Patrol di Precast Concrete Plant (PCP) Majalengka pada Selasa (15/9).
QHSE Patrol merupakan agenda rutin yang dilakukan jajaran Komisaris dan Direksi sebanyak empat kali dalam setahun. Kunjungan ini bertujuan untuk memantau kelancaran proses operasional sekaligus memastikan standar kualitas tetap terjaga di tujuh PCP WIKA Beton yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia.
Inspeksi di PCP Majalengka kali ini dihadiri langsung oleh formasi lengkap jajaran Komisaris WIKA Beton, didampingi Direktur Pemasaran & Pengembangan Rija Judaswara serta Direktur Teknik & Produksi Verly Widiantoro.
Kawal Ketat Proyek Global
Sorotan utama dalam QHSE Patrol kali ini adalah peninjauan progres produksi untuk Metro Manila Subway Project (MMSP) di Filipina setelah sebelumnya berkontribusi pada CP102, WIKA Beton Group melalui anak usahanya WIKA Kobe kembali dipercaya mengambil peran sebagai precaster di paket CP106 yang diproduksi di PCP Majalengka untuk diekspor ke Filipina.
Guna menjamin mutu ekspor, produk WIKA Kobe telah melalui serangkaian tahap pengujian yang ketat. Sebelumnya, pada 18–21 Agustus lalu, Main Contractor dari paket CP106 telah datang langsung ke PCP Majalengka untuk melakukan uji kelayakan produk bersama Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional (BRIN).
Peninjauan langsung oleh jajaran manajemen puncak ini menjadi bukti nyata komitmen WIKA Beton dalam konsisten menghadirkan produk beton pracetak berstandar internasional yang teruji dan berkualitas.
WIKA Beton’s Board of Commissioners and Directors Conduct QHSE Patrol at Majalengka Plant
PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk (WIKA Beton) once again conducted its Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) Patrol at the Majalengka Precast Concrete Plant (PCP) on Tuesday (15/9).
The QHSE Patrol is a routine activity carried out by the Board of Commissioners and Directors four times a year. The visit aims to monitor operational processes and ensure that quality standards are consistently maintained across WIKA Beton’s seven PCPs located throughout Indonesia.
The recent inspection at PCP Majalengka was attended by the full Board of Commissioners of WIKA Beton, accompanied by Marketing and Development Director Rija Judaswara and Technical and Production Director Verly Widiantoro.
Closely Overseeing Global Projects
The main highlight of this QHSE Patrol was reviewing the production progress for the Metro Manila Subway Project (MMSP) in the Philippines. Having previously contributed to the CP102 package, WIKA Beton Group, through its subsidiary WIKA Kobe, has once again been entrusted with the role of precaster for the CP106 package. The products for this package are being manufactured at PCP Majalengka for export to the Philippines.
To guarantee export quality, WIKA Kobe’s products have undergone a series of rigorous testing phases. Previously, from August 18 to 21, the Main Contractor of the CP106 package visited PCP Majalengka directly to conduct product feasibility tests in collaboration with the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN).
This direct inspection by top management serves as tangible proof of WIKA Beton’s commitment to consistently delivering tested, high-quality precast concrete products that meet international standards.
