In order to realize more efficient and effective business processes, PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk (WIKA Beton) launched an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) based system called SAP (System Application and Product in Data Processing) on Thursday, 20 July 2023 with the title SAP Go Live! This launch process was carried out after a process of more than 6 (six) months together with PT Soltius Indonesia.
SAP implementation is carried out by WIKA Beton in order to obtain accurate, real-timeand accountable information to make better and more effective decisions.
There are main modules such as Human Capital Management (HCM), the Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), and the Funds Management (FM). The Human Capital Management (HCM) module in SAP makes it easier for WIKA Beton to manage employee data from the hiring process to termination. Then the Financial Accounting (FI) module is designed to meet accounting needs and present real-time financial data to make it easier to make decisions and strategic plans. WIKA Beton also wants a management process that is recorded, tracked and classified, both for the accounting management process through the Controlling (CO) module, as well as for the budget management process through the Funds Management (FM) module.
With all the advantages offered by SAP, it`s no wonder that WIKA Beton decided to implement SAP in its business operations. The hope for WIKA Beton is to be able to maintain a competitive side in an increasingly competitive future by continuing to grow through adaptation to continuous technological changes.
