Penghargaan ini menjadi bukti kepemimpinan Kuntjara yang transformatif membawa WIKA Beton terus tumbuh dan berinovasi di industri beton pracetak. President Director of WIKA Beton Kuntjara Named Best CEO 2024
Jakarta, 14 February 2025 – The President Director of PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk (WIKA Beton), Kuntjara, has been recognized as The Best CEO 2024 in an award event organized by SWA Magazine and Dunamis Organization Services in Jakarta on 14 February 2025.
This award is a testament to Kuntjara’s transformative leadership, which has driven WIKA Beton’s continuous growth and innovation in the precast concrete industry. Based on an independent employee survey applying the Four Roles of Leadership framework, Kuntjara is recognized for his role as a Pathfinder, Alignment Leader, Empowerer, and Role Model in guiding the company.
Under his leadership, WIKA Beton has emerged as a pioneer in green industry practices in Indonesia. The company is the first concrete producer in the country to achieve international Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) certification and has also been awarded the Greenship Solution Endorsement (GSE) Platinum certification by the Green Building Council Indonesia (GBC Indonesia).
