PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk (WIKA Beton) meraih tiga penghargaan sekaligus dalam ajang Katadata ESG Insight (KESGI) Award 2026 yang digelar di Sudirman Hall, Sequis Tower SCBD, Jakarta, Kamis (17/9).
WIKA Beton menjadi pemenang ESG sektor Material Konstruksi atas komitmen pada pencapaian kinerja ESG unggul melalui dekarbonisasi produksi yang terintregasi tata kelola berkelanjutan, selain itu WIKA Beton juga meraih penghargaan sebagai pemenang di kategori Pilar Sosial dan Pilar Lingkungan pada sektor Material Konstruksi.
Penghargaan tersebut merupakan bagian dari rangkaian Katadata Sustainability Action for the Future Economy (SAFE) 2026 yang mengusung tema “The Green Changer.” Penilaian KESGI dilakukan terhadap lebih dari 400 perusahaan dengan menggunakan sekitar 100 indikator yang dikelompokkan ke dalam 15 topik penilaian aspek Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG).
Penilaian tersebut mengacu pada laporan keberlanjutan dan laporan tahunan yang dipublikasikan oleh masing-masing perusahaan. Penghargaan ini diberikan kepada perusahaan dengan capaian penilaian pada 13 sektor industri, termasuk sektor Material Konstruksi.
Perolehan tiga penghargaan KESGI 2026 ini semakin memperkuat komitmen WIKA Beton dalam mengintegrasikan prinsip ESG ke dalam strategi bisnis dan kegiatan perusahaan. Bagi WIKA Beton, penerapan ESG merupakan bagian dari upaya menciptakan nilai tambah perusahaan secara berkelanjutan, sekaligus memberikan dampak positif bagi pemangku kepentingan serta mendukung penguatan ekosistem Danantara dan BUMN.
WIKA Beton Receives Three KESGI Awards 2026 for Consistent ESG Implementation
PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk (WIKA Beton) received three awards at the Katadata ESG Insight (KESGI) Award 2026, held at Sudirman Hall, Sequis Tower SCBD, Jakarta, on Thursday, September 17.
WIKA Beton was named the ESG winner in the Construction Materials sector for its commitment to achieving strong ESG performance through production decarbonization integrated with sustainable governance practices. In addition, WIKA Beton also won the Social Pillar and Environmental Pillar awards in the Construction Materials sector.
The awards were part of the Katadata Sustainability Action for the Future Economy (SAFE) 2026 series, themed “The Green Changer.” The KESGI assessment covered more than 400 companies using approximately 100 indicators grouped into 15 assessment topics across the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) aspects.
The assessment was based on sustainability reports and annual reports published by each company. Awards were presented to companies based on their assessment results across 13 industry sectors, including the Construction Materials sector.
The three KESGI Awards 2026 further reinforce WIKA Beton’s commitment to integrating ESG principles into its corporate strategy and business activities. For WIKA Beton, ESG implementation is part of its efforts to create sustainable corporate value, while generating positive impacts for stakeholders and contributing to the strengthening of the Danantara and state-owned enterprise (SOE) ecosystems.
