PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk (WIKA Beton) is a company that grows together with all its employees with a deeply rooted culture of innovation. To maintain this internally, WIKA Beton conducts several programs, one of which is by holding the Quality Excellence Activity (QEA) Convention agenda every year with 2 categories of innovation, namely Quality Control Circle (QCC) dan Quality Control Innovation (QCI). This agenda is a collaboration between QHSET Division and Engineering Division.
This year, WIKA Beton`s QEA Convention in 2024 themed "Transform the Innovation Activity Towards Solution & Sustainable Businesswas held on February 12-13, 2024 in Jakarta. This theme is raised to depict the era of innovation and sustainable transformation globally. Several WIKA Beton Work Units participated in this agenda both offline and online.
After going through several stages of assessment, here is the list of winners of the WIKA Beton QEA Convention in 2024:

Not only that, WIKA Beton also presented Didiek Hartyanto, President Director of Indonesian Railways, as the Keynote Speaker in the Sharing Session. He delivered material with the title of KAI Journey to Drive Trainsformation: Corporate Strategy in Business Transformation towards People, Culture, & Digital". As we know, KAI was one of few companies who successfully conducted transformation in the whole aspect of their organization to be a much greater company.
