WIKA Beton Precast House or Rumah WIKA Beton (RWB) 01 is a precast concrete house model with a frame structure equipped with filling walls in the form of concrete panels. RWB 01 was initiated by the Research & Development and Engineering team of WIKA Beton as a form of participation in supporting the realization of the One Million Homes National Program. RWB 01 is a precast concrete house with a knockdown system, where workers only need to connect ready-to-install components on the construction site. Therefore, the construction time for RWB 01 is shorter compared to conventional house construction.
WIKA Beton's precast house system has been marketed for various housing developments, including the construction of 150 houses in Villa Kebun Raya Estate, Cibinong, West Java.
