Pada 29 April 2026, PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk., telah mengangkat Ignatius Harry Sumartono sebagai Sekretaris Perusahaan (Corporate Secretary) PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk., berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Direksi PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk., No. SK.02.01/WB-0A.0056/2026.

As a public company, the Corporate Secretary has a vital role for PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk., Especially in its function as the communication facilitator for the company. Up until now PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk., has been able to maintain relationships, both within the internal organs of the Company, as well as the external environment. The Company with its shareholders, the Financial Services Authority, and other stakeholders, as well as ensuring the Company`s compliance with applicable laws and regulations, especially in the Capital Market.

In addition, the Corporate Secretary of PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk., Also has functions to plan, arrange, establish, develop, and direct strategies in implementing corporate compliance, implementing Investor Relations and Public Relations, compliance in the legal field, implementing Good Corporate Governance, implementing Corporate social responsibility, as well as the management of the Company`s secretariat and household to support the achievement of the Vision and Mission of PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk., In order to establish a Human Capital that has the values and culture of the company, namely, Trustworthy, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative, while still taking into account the guidelines of Good Corporate Governance and applicable laws.

In carrying out these duties and functions, the Corporate Secretary reports directly to the President Director.
