PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk (WIKA Beton) kembali tampil memperkuat visibilitas Perusahaan dengan partisipasinya pada ajang Musyawarah Provinsi (Musprov) XII Ikatan Nasional Konsultan Indonesia (INKINDO) Jawa Timur. Acara yang diselenggarakan di Surabaya ini, membawa WIKA Beton dalam memaparkan lebih jauh peta jalan strategis perusahaan dalam menghadapi era baru dunia konstruksi.

Dalam sesi diskusi dan seminar tersebut, WIKA Beton diwakili oleh Direktur Teknik dan Produksi, Verly Widiantoro yang membagikan visi transformatif perusahaan bertajuk “Transformasi Wika Beton Menuju Future-Fit Construction Company”. Pemaparan ini secara mendalam menguraikan transisi penting dari model bisnis konvensional yang cenderung terfragmentasi menuju tata kelola modern yang adaptif.

Langkah transformasi WIKA Beton dilatarbelakangi oleh realitas baru industri pracetak nasional yang menghadapi tantangan berat, seperti kondisi pasokan yang melebihi permintaan (oversupply), penurunan belanja infrastruktur, serta fluktuasi rantai pasok global. Menghadapi situasi ini, WIKA Beton secara agresif merombak pola kerja lama yang cenderung reaktif menjadi ekosistem baru yang terintegrasi, berbasis data, dan berkelanjutan.

Dalam paparannya, Verly Widiantoro menyampaikan bahwa industri konstruksi akan terus berevolusi melalui integrasi teknologi, keberlanjutan, dan kolaborasi sistem.

“Masa depan adalah tentang value, bukan hanya volume dan itu terbentuk dari kolaborasi, inovasi, dan keberlanjutan untuk menciptakan yang lebih besar di masa depan.”

Visi jangka panjang tersebut diwujudkan secara konkret melalui Rumah Transformasi Wika Beton 2026 yang ditopang oleh tiga pilar strategi utama korporasi, yakni Lean Operation, Ekspansi Pasar Global, serta Penciptaan Blue Ocean Value melalui keunggulan aspek Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG).

Pada pilar Lean Operation, digitalisasi diimplementasikan secara menyeluruh untuk mendongkrak produktivitas dan efisiensi biaya operasional (COGS). WIKA Beton telah menerapkan teknologi Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) melalui Computer Control Machining System (CCMS) untuk pemantauan proses produksi secara waktu nyata (real-time). Sistem inovatif lainnya seperti aplikasi Real Cut 1D (Rebar Optimization), 3D-Load Scanner berbasis sensor AI, Stockyard Management System (SMS), hingga Transport Management System (TMS) turut diintegrasikan demi meminimalkan limbah material dan mempercepat rantai pasok.

Keunggulan kapabilitas engineering ini juga membawa WIKA Beton sukses memperluas jangkauan ke pasar internasional secara efisien. Menggunakan strategi low investment dan optimalisasi aset eksisting, perusahaan berhasil menembus pasar Filipina melalui suplai komponen pada mega proyek Metro Manila Subway Project (MMSP).

Sebagai bukti nyata kepemimpinan di bidang keberlanjutan, WIKA Beton berhasil meraih skor ESG S&P Global 2025 yang impresif sebesar 71/100, melonjak 25 poin dari tahun sebelumnya. Capaian ini menempatkan perusahaan di peringkat pertama dalam industri konstruksi nasional. Komitmen hijau ini diperkuat dengan kepemilikan sertifikasi Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) dan Greenship Solution Endorsement (GSE), pemanfaatan energi terbarukan melalui PLTS on-grid di lima pabrik, penggunaan beton ramah lingkungan rendah karbon (Geopolymer Concrete), serta produk konservasi ekosistem seperti Reef Cube and Porous Concrete.

Melalui partisipasi ini, WIKA Beton optimis dapat terus mendorong standardisasi mutu konstruksi nasional yang tidak hanya mengutamakan volume produksi, melainkan penciptaan nilai tambah yang kokoh bagi kemajuan bangsa dan generasi mendatang dalam ekosistem BUMN dan Danantara.

Moving Towards Future-Fit Construction, WIKA Beton Featured at the INKINDO East Java Provincial Deliberation (Musprov) 2026

PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk (WIKA Beton) once again enhanced the Company’s visibility through its participation in the XII Provincial Deliberation (Musprov) of the Indonesian National Consultants Association (INKINDO) East Java. The event, which took place in Surabaya, served as a platform for WIKA Beton to elaborate on its strategic roadmap for navigating the new era of the construction industry.

During the discussion and seminar session, WIKA Beton was represented by the Director of Engineering and Production, Verly Widiantoro, who shared the company’s transformative vision titled “WIKA Beton Transformation Towards a Future-Fit Construction Company”. This presentation profoundly outlined the essential transition from a conventional, fragmented business model to an adaptive, modern governance framework.

WIKA Beton’s transformation initiative was prompted by the new realities confronting the national precast industry, which faces severe challenges such as conditions of supply exceeding demand (oversupply), reduced infrastructure spending, and fluctuations in the global supply chain. In response to this situation, WIKA Beton aggressively reformed its former, reactive work patterns into a new, integrated, data-driven, and sustainable ecosystem.

In his presentation, Verly Widiantoro conveyed that the construction industry would continue to evolve through the integration of technology, sustainability, and systemic collaboration.

“The future is about value, not just volume, and that is shaped by collaboration, innovation, and sustainability to create something greater in the future.”

This long-term vision is being realized concretely through the WIKA Beton Transformation House 2026, which is supported by three core corporate strategic pillars, including Lean Operation, Global Market Expansion, and the Creation of Blue Ocean Value through excellence in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) aspects.

Under the Lean Operation pillar, digitization has been implemented comprehensively to boost productivity and improve Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) efficiency. WIKA Beton has deployed Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology via the Computer Control Machining System (CCMS) for real-time monitoring of the production process. Other innovative systems, such as the Real Cut 1D application (Rebar Optimization), an AI-sensor-based 3D-Load Scanner, the Stockyard Management System (SMS), and the Transport Management System (TMS), have also been integrated to minimize material waste and accelerate the supply chain.

The excellence of these engineering capabilities has also enabled WIKA Beton to efficiently expand its reach into the international market. Utilizing a low investment strategy and optimizing existing assets, the company successfully entered the Philippines market by supplying components for the Metro Manila Subway Project (MMSP) mega-project.

As tangible proof of leadership in the sustainability sector, WIKA Beton achieved an impressive S&P Global ESG score of 71/100 for 2025, marking a 25-point increase from the previous year. This accomplishment positioned the company in first place within the national construction industry. This green commitment is further reinforced by the ownership of Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) and Greenship Solution Endorsement (GSE) certifications, the utilization of renewable energy through on-grid Solar Power Plants (PLTS) at five factories, the use of low-carbon, environmentally friendly concrete (Geopolymer Concrete), and ecosystem conservation products such as Reef Cube and Porous Concrete.

Through this participation, WIKA Beton is optimistic that it can continue to promote national construction quality standardization, prioritizing not only production volume but also the creation of solid added value for the nation’s progress and future generations within the BUMN (State-Owned Enterprises) and Danantara ecosystem.
