ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard
The ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard is one of the initiatives of the ASEAN Capital Market Forum (ACMF) aimed at integrating the capital markets of the member countries of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).
To improve the implementation of Good Corporate Governance within the Company, WIKA Beton adopted the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard standard, a standard for assessing and improving the governance practices of public companies in the ASEAN region. This standard is based on the corporate governance principles established by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and the Company's hope is to increase the competitiveness and investor confidence in ASEAN-listed companies with good governance.

The ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) assessment for WIKA Beton in 2024 was conducted through a self-assessment process with a score of 92,37.
