Struktur GCG di Perseroan mengadopsi sistem yang diatur oleh Undang-Undang No. 40 Tahun 2007 tentang Perseroan Terbatas. Organ Utama terdiri dari Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS), Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi. Sementara kepengurusan Perseroan menganut sistem dua badan (two board system), yaitu Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi, dengan wewenang dan tanggung jawab sebagaimana dalam Anggaran Dasar dan Peraturan Perundang-undangan.

Within the Board of Commissioners, functional committees are established to enhance the supervisory function. These committees include the Audit Committee, the Risk Management and Integrated Governance Committee, and the Nomination, Remuneration, and GCG Committee. On the Board of Directors' side, there are work units responsible for controlling, overseeing, and ensuring the implementation of GCG in the Company, namely the Corporate Secretary and the Internal Audit Unit.
