WIKA Beton Holds Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for Fiscal Year 2023 On Friday, May 17, 2024, PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk (WIKA Beton) (IDX: WTON) held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the fiscal year 2023. The meeting took place in a hybrid format, with an in-person session at the Auditorium Room of WIKA Tower 2, Jakarta, and an electronic session via the KSEI Electronic General Meeting System (eASY KSEI). The AGMS, which commenced at 2:31 PM WIB, was attended by shareholders representing 5,916,014,049 shares, or 67.87% of the company\u2019s total 8,715,466,600 issued shares. Seven key resolutions were approved during the meeting, including: Approval of the Annual Report, including the Supervisory Report of the Board of Commissioners for the fiscal year 2023, and ratification of the company\u2019s consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2023. This includes granting full release and discharge of responsibilities (volledig acquit et de charge) to the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners for their management and supervisory actions during the 2023 fiscal year.
