Organisasi Internasional untuk Standardisasi (ISO) merespons dinamika ini dengan menerbitkan pembaruan tentang Sistem Manajemen Anti Penyuapan (SMAP) dari ISO 37001:2016 ke ISO 37001:2025.&nbsp; Versi terbaru ISO 37001:2025 tidak hanya diperbarui secara administratif. Standar ini memperbaharui cara berpikir korporasi dengan menyelaraskan praktik bisnis dengan tata kelola modern dengan memperkuat budaya anti-penyuapan. Perusahaan kini diwajibkan mengintegrasikan isu perubahan iklim, memperketat pengendalian konflik kepentingan, serta aktif mengedukasi stakeholder melalui program kesadaran dan uji tuntas yang lebih ketat. Kapan Mulai Diterapkan? WIKA Beton telah memperoleh sertifikat ISO 37001:2016 pada 8 April 2025. Kemudian seiring dengan ditetapkannya standar terbaru SNI ISO 37001:2025 oleh Badan Standarisasi Nasional (BSN) pada Desember 2025, WIKA Beton segera melakukan pembaruan dan penyesuaian penerapan SMAP sesuai dengan standar terbaru tersebut, termasuk melakukan sosialisasi mengenai transisi standar baru yang harus diterapkan bagi seluruh pekerja. Memasuki Januari 2026, seluruh kebijakan dan prosedur perusahaan diperbarui agar selaras dengan standar terbaru. Melalui rangkaian proses transisi yang mencakup sosialisasi, penyesuaian pedoman, serta pelaksanaan audit internal dan eksternal, WIKA Beton akhirnya resmi memperoleh sertifikasi ISO 37001:2025 pada 10 Juli 2026. Bagaimana Penerapannya? WIKA Beton mengadopsi standar ISO 37001:2025 sebagai langkah strategis untuk menjaga kepatuhan hukum dan keberlanjutan bisnis. Sistem ini telah diintegrasikan ke dalam sejumlah lini operasional perusahaan, mulai dari, rantai pasok, keuangan, hingga manajemen sumber daya manusia. Untuk mencegah praktik korupsi, perusahaan menggunakan instrumen Bribery Risk Assessment and Determining Control (BRIRADC) guna mendeteksi dan memitigasi risiko sejak dini. Langkah ini diperkuat dengan prosedur uji tuntas (due diligence) yang ketat, yang wajib diterapkan kepada&nbsp; pegawai baru, pegawai rotasi dan promosi, mitra vendor, maupun dalam setiap transaksi proyek di lapangan. Selain itu, manajemen mengoptimalkan sistem pelaporan Whistle Blowing System (WBS) yang mudah diakses dan menjamin kerahasiaan penuh bagi pelapor. Seluruh pengawasan ini dipantau langsung oleh Tim Fungsi Anti Penyuapan (FAP) yang bertanggung jawab kepada Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi, demi memastikan target zero case suap.&nbsp; Tata Kelola Untuk Keberlanjutan Sertifikasi ISO 37001:2025 yang kini ditetapkan sebagai standar baru dalam praktik bisnis beretika WIKA Beton kian mempertegas komitmen perusahaan terhadap prinsip Environmental, Sustainability, Governance (ESG), menjaga kepercayaan pemangku kepentingan, dan memastikan pertumbuhan berkelanjutan yang transparan, sehat, serta kompetitif di pasar global. Implementing ISO 37001:2025, WIKA Beton Strengthens ABMS Indonesia&#8217;s Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI) score in 2025 was recorded at 34 out of 100, placing the country in 109th position out of 180 countries. Furthermore, an Ipsos survey in March 2025 presented the fact that 67% of the Indonesian public was highly concerned about corruption issues. ISO 37001:2025 Standard Update Amidst this crisis of trust, global governance standards continue to adapt. The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) responded to these dynamics by publishing an update to the Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) from ISO 37001:2016 to ISO 37001:2025. The latest version of ISO 37001:2025 is not only updated administratively. This standard renews the corporate way of thinking by aligning business practices with modern governance through the strengthening of an anti-bribery culture. Companies are now required to integrate climate change issues, tighten conflict of interest controls, and actively educate stakeholders through awareness programs and stricter due diligence. When Was It Implemented? WIKA Beton obtained the ISO 37001:2016 certificate on April 8, 2025. Then, along with the stipulation of the latest standard SNI ISO 37001:2025 by the National Standardization Agency (BSN) in December 2025, WIKA Beton immediately carried out updates and adjustments to the implementation of ABMS in accordance with the latest standard, including conducting socialization regarding the new standard transition that must be implemented for all workers. Entering January 2026, all company policies and procedures were updated to be aligned with the latest standard. Through a series of transition processes that included socialization, guideline adjustments, as well as the implementation of internal and external audits, WIKA Beton finally officially obtained the ISO 37001:2025 certification on July 10, 2026. How Is It Implemented? WIKA Beton adopted the ISO 37001:2025 standard as a strategic step to maintain legal compliance and business sustainability. This system has been integrated into a number of the company&#8217;s operational lines, ranging from the supply chain and finance to human resource management.
